In order to focus on Battlefield 3 , DICE has decided to cancel two Battlefield projects it had in the works on PC: Battlefield 1943 and the Onslaught add-on for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 . 1943 (pictured above) was a multiplayer-only, $15 take on the Battlefield franchise first released on the Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network way back in July 2009. PC Makers Postpone Releases, Offer Refunds Due To Intel Flaw

Computer makers including Hewlett-Packard Co. and Dell Inc. are postponing products or offering exchanges and refunds in response to problems caused by the flaw found this week in Intel Corp.'s support chip design.
